Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our services
What kinds of assessments do you do?
We help people of all ages better understand themselves. This includes looking at Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), learning differences, emotional well-being, and thinking skills. The goal is simple: give you clarity, understanding, and practical next steps.
Who do you work with?
We see adolescents and adults. Some come because a teacher, doctor, or loved one suggested it. Others come simply because they want answers and support.
How many visits will I need?
Most people need 2–3 visits:
1. First conversation – We listen to your story, your concerns, and what you’d like to find out.
2. Assessment sessions – A mix of activities, questions, and conversations (with plenty of breaks).
3. Results meeting – We share your report and talk through what it all means in everyday language.

For more detailed assessments (like when we’re looking at both ASD and ADHD together), we may need more than one testing session.
How long is each visit?
Usually 2–4 hours, but we take it at your pace.
Will what I share stay private?
Yes. Everything you tell us—and all the results—are kept safe and confidential. We only share your information if you ask us to.
Who will see my results?
Only the people you choose. If you’d like us to send them to a school, workplace, or doctor, we’ll do so with your permission.
What should I bring?
- Any past reports from school, doctors, or therapists.
- Any forms we send you ahead of time
How will I get my results?
We’ll give you a written report and then meet to go over it together. We’ll explain everything clearly and answer all your questions—no jargon, no rush.
What happens if I’m diagnosed with ASD or ADHD?
You won’t be left wondering “now what?” We’ll give you practical suggestions, connect you with resources, and talk through ways to get support at school, at work, or at home.
